Message from the President

Current members, past members, students, merely curious:  Please join us on the 3rd Wednesday of each month during our section meetings for socializing, networking, and interesting presentations.  We have an excellent list of topics on the latest technology that will be presented.

I am honored to serve as your Philadelphia ISA Section President for the 2007/2008 year.  My involvement started several years ago as a meeting-goer.   I wanted to learn something new and meet new people.  Soon, I asked 'how can I get involved'?, and the board members were more than happy to find a program where I could immediately help.

This fall, the Philadelphia section of the ISA and Montgomery County Community College (MC3) are continuing a partnership which brings some of ISA's course material and instructors to you in a forum that is directly in-line with traditional academia.  MC3 has the facilities to make this program a success for all.

Join us for a section meeting or attend a course.  Get involved, and find out the intangibles of being a member.

Regards,
Brian McGaulley
 Philadelphia Section President

"Many of our members travel beyond the boarders of our section.  Others live in one section's area and work in another.  It may be convenient sometimes for them to attend an adjacent section's activities.  At other times a nearby section may have a speaker or course that is very relevant to one of our members. These links are to help all our members keep in touch with what is happening in the instrumentation & control activities throughout our contiguous areas."
